Details Of Disappearance

23 Year Old Donna Lee Urban was last seen in Wilmington, Delaware at approximately 10 pm on February 7th 1983. She stopped her car on the Northbound Lane on the Delaware Memorial Bridge. She exited her vehicle and jumped off and over the bridge and into the Delaware River. She has never been seen or heard from again. She is presumed deceased despite her body never being recovered.
