Details Of Disappearance

38 Year old William Thomas Purcell III was last seen in Wilmington, Delaware jumping off the Delaware Memorial Bridge per Three Eyewitnesses. His body has never been recovered and he is presumed dead. William was suffering from depression at the time he supposedly jumped from the bridge. It is unknown if he had a history or if he was previously on medication for this. There is very little online regarding William's case.
