42 Year Old Paul Forbes  was living in Orwigsburg PA with his girlfriend and child. After an argument with her parents, he left and drove to Smyrna, Delaware. He was last  seen driving away from his residence in a Red 2013 Four Door Volkswagon Jetta PA registration KHL-5196. Vehicle is not registered to Paul Forbes
