32 Year Old Courtney Marie Finnell was reported missing by her mother after attempts to contact her were unsuccessful. 2 Months had passed by the time Courtney was reported missing. Delaware State Police attempted to locate Courtney and contact her with negative results. Courtney remains missing. Courtney was known to frequent the Dagsboro and Millsboro areas of Delaware. At the time of her disappearance Courtney was homeless. Courtney was last seen by her family on September 1st of 2016.
